§60.11. Methods of compliance.

The mine operator shall install, use, and maintain feasible engineering controls, supplemented by administrative controls when necessary, to keep each miner's exposure at or below the PEL, except as specified in § 60.14.

Rotation of miners shall not be considered an acceptable administrative control used for compliance with this part.
