§586.214. When will BOEM suspend an Alternate Use RUE?

30 C.F.R. § 586.214

(a)

BOEM may suspend an Alternate Use RUE if:

(1)

necessary to comply with judicial decrees; or

(2)

necessary for reasons of national security or defense.

(b)

A suspension will extend the term of your Alternate Use RUE grant for the period of the suspension.
