§585.432. When does my lease or grant terminate?

The expiration of the applicable period of your lease or grant, unless the relevant period is extended under § 585.235(b) or § 585.236(b), a request for renewal of your lease or grant is pending a decision by BOEM, or your lease or grant is suspended or renewed as provided in this subpart, in which case it terminates on the date set forth in the notice of suspension or renewal;

A cancellation, as set forth in § 585.422; or

Relinquishment, as set forth in § 585.435.
