§585.305. How do I request a ROW grant or a RUE grant?
30 C.F.R. § 585.305
You must submit a request for a new or modified ROW grant or RUE grant to BOEM pursuant to § 585.111. You must submit a separate request for each ROW grant or RUE grant you are requesting. The request must contain the following information:
The area you are requesting for a ROW grant or RUE grant.
A general description of your objectives and the facilities that you would use to achieve those objectives.
A general schedule of proposed activities.
Pertinent information concerning environmental conditions in the area of interest.
