§57.4561. Stationary diesel equipment underground.

30 C.F.R. § 57.4561

Stationary diesel equipment underground shall be—

(a)

Supported on a noncombustible base; and

(b)

Provided with a thermal sensor that automatically stops the engine if overheating occurs.
