§57.12039. Protection of surplus trailing cables.

30 C.F.R. § 57.12039

Surplus trailing cables to shovels, cranes and similar equipment shall be—

(a)

Stored in cable boats;

(b)

Stored on reels mounted on the equipment; or

(c)

Otherwise protected from mechanical damage.
