§285.910. What must I do when I remove my facility?
30 C.F.R. § 285.910
You must remove all facilities to a depth of 15 feet below the mudline, unless otherwise authorized by BSEE.
Within 60 days after you remove a facility, you must verify to BSEE that you have cleared the site.
