§285.816. What must I do if environmental or other conditions adversely affect a cable, pipeline, or facility?
30 C.F.R. § 285.816
If environmental or other conditions adversely affect a cable, pipeline, or facility so as to endanger the safety or the environment, you must:
Submit a plan of corrective action to BSEE within 30 days of the discovery of the adverse effect.
Take remedial action as described in your corrective action plan.
Submit to the BSEE a report of the remedial action taken within 30 days after completion.
