§285.632. What documents must I submit before I may construct and install facilities under my approved COP?

You must submit to BSEE the documents listed in the following table:

You must submit your safety management system, as required by § 285.810.

These activities must fall within the scope of your approved COP. If they do not fall within the scope of your approved COP, you will be required to submit a revision to your COP, under 30 CFR 585.634, for BOEM approval before commencing the activity.
