§250.745. What other well records could I be required to submit?
30 C.F.R. § 250.745
The District Manager or Regional Supervisor may require you to submit copies of any or all of the following well records:
Well records as specified in § 250.740;
Paleontological interpretations or reports identifying microscopic fossils by depth and/or washed samples of drill cuttings that you normally maintain for paleontological determinations. The Regional Supervisor may issue a Notice to Lessees that sets forth the manner, timeframe, and format for submitting this information;
Service company reports on cementing, perforating, acidizing, testing, or other similar services; or
Other reports and records of operations.
