§1210.52. What royalty reports must I submit?
30 C.F.R. § 1210.52
You must submit a completed Form ONRR-2014, Report of Sales and Royalty Remittance, to ONRR with:
All royalty payments; and
Rents on nonproducing leases, where specified in the lease.
