§1210.205. What reports must I submit to claim allowances on Indian coal leases?
30 C.F.R. § 1210.205
General. You must submit the following ONRR forms to claim a transportation or washing allowance, as applicable, on Indian coal leases:
Form ONRR-4292, Coal Washing Allowance Report, to claim an allowance for the reasonable, actual costs incurred to wash coal under § 1206.458 of this chapter.
Form ONRR-4293, Coal Transportation Allowance Report, to claim an allowance for the reasonable, actual costs of transporting coal to a sales point or a washing facility remote from the mine or lease under § 1206.461 of this chapter.
Reporting options. You must submit the forms manually. You may find the forms at http://www.onrr.gov/FM/Forms/AFSSol_Min.htm.
Reporting address. You must submit completed Forms ONRR-4292 and ONRR-4293 by:
U.S. Postal Service regular or express mail addressed to Office of Natural Resources Revenue, P.O. Box 25165, MS 633000B, Denver, CO 80225-0165;
Special courier or overnight mail addressed to Office of Natural Resources Revenue, Building 85, Room A322, Denver Federal Center, West 6th Ave. and Kipling Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80225; or
Complete and submit the form electronically as an email attachment to [email protected].
