§1210.156. What reports must I submit for net profit share leases?
30 C.F.R. § 1210.156
General. After entering into a net profit share lease (NPSL) agreement, a lessee must report under part 1220 of this chapter.
Reporting options. You must submit the required report manually.
Reporting address. You must submit the required documents by:
U.S. Postal Service regular or express mail addressed to Office of Natural Resources Revenue, P.O. Box 25165, MS 633000B, Denver, CO 80225-0165; or
Special courier or overnight mail addressed to Office of Natural Resources Revenue, Building 85, Room A322, Denver Federal Center, West 6th Ave. and Kipling Blvd., Denver, Colorado 80225.
