§801.52. Contents of notice.
29 C.F.R. § 801.52
The notice required by § 801.51 of this part shall:
Set forth the determination of the Administrator and the reason or reasons therefor;
Set forth a description of each violation and the amount assessed for each violation;
Set forth the right to request a hearing on such determination;
Inform any affected person or persons that in the absence of a timely request for a hearing, the determination of the Administrator shall become final and unappealable; and
Set forth the time and method for requesting a hearing, and the procedures relating thereto, as set forth in § 801.53 of this part.
