§70.22. Appeals from denial of requests. — Inbound Citations

(4) A statement that the denial may be appealed as described under Sec. 70.22; and

(c) Requesters dissatisfied with treatment of fee waiver or reduction requests may follow the procedures for appeal under Sections 70.22 and 70.23.
