§552.1. Terms used in regulations.
29 C.F.R. § 552.1
Administrator means the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, U.S. Department of Labor, or the Administrator's authorized representative.
Act means the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended.
