29 C.F.R. § 502.44

Where the ARB has determined to review such decision and order, the ARB shall notify each party of:

(a)

The issue or issues raised;

(b)

The form in which submissions shall be made (i.e., briefs, oral argument, etc.); and

(c)

The time within which such presentation shall be submitted.
