§457.19. Party.
29 C.F.R. § 457.19
Party means any person, employee, group of employees, labor organization, Department, activity or agency:
Filing a complaint, petition, request, or application;
Named in a complaint, petition, request, or application; or
Whose intervention in a proceeding has been permitted or directed by the Director, Chief Administrative Law Judge, or Administrative Law Judge, as the case may be.
