§38.83. Notice of complaint acceptance.
29 C.F.R. § 38.83
If the Director accepts the complaint for resolution, the Director must notify in writing the complainant, the respondent, and the grantmaking agency. The notice must:
State that the complaint will be accepted;
Identify the issues over which CRC has accepted jurisdiction; and
Explain the reasons why any issues were rejected.
