§35.35. Prohibition against intimidation or retaliation.
29 C.F.R. § 35.35
A recipient may not engage in acts of intimidation or retaliation against any person who:
Attempts to assert a right protected by the Act or this part; or
Cooperates in any mediation, investigation, hearing or other part of CRC's investigation, conciliation, and enforcement process.
