§100.611. Reporting claims or debts.

29 C.F.R. § 100.611

(a)
In addition to assessing interest, penalties, and administrative costs pursuant to 31 CFR chapter IX § 901.9, the NLRB may report a debt that has been delinquent for 90 days to a consumer reporting agency in accordance with the requirements of 31 U.S.C. 3711(e).
(b)
The information the NLRB discloses to a consumer reporting agency is limited to—
(1)
Information necessary to establish the identity of the individual debtor, including name, address, and taxpayer identification number;
(2)
The amount, status, and history of the debt; and
(3)
The NLRB activity under which the debt arose.
