§74.9. Conditions of acceptance of payment.

Each eligible individual will be deemed to have accepted payment if, after receiving notification of eligibility from the Redress Administrator, the eligible individual does not refuse payment in the manner described in § 74.11.

Acceptance of payment shall be in full satisfaction of all claims arising out of the acts described in § 74.3(a)(4).
