§58.16. Renewal for an additional one year period.
28 C.F.R. § 58.16
If an approved agency's application for an additional one year period is approved, such renewal period shall begin to run from the later of:
The day after the expiration date of the immediately preceding approval period; or
The actual date of approval of such renewal by the United States Trustee.
