§524.42. Content of progress reports.
28 C.F.R. § 524.42
Staff shall include the following in each progress report:
Institution (full name) and Date;
Type of Progress Report;
Committed name;
Registration number;
Age;
Present security and custody level;
Offense(s) for which committed;
Sentence;
Date sentence began;
Time served to date, including jail time credit;
Good conduct time/Extra good time earned;
Statutory good time withheld or forfeited; Disallowed good conduct time;
Projected release date;
Most recent Parole Commission action, including any special conditions or requirements (if applicable);
Detainers and pending charges on file;
Institutional adjustment; this ordinarily includes information on the inmate's—
Program plans;
Work assignments and skills acquired;
Educational/vocational participation;
Counseling programs;
Incident reports;
Institutional movement;
Physical and mental health, including any significant mental or physical health problems, and any corrective action taken; and
Financial responsibility.
Release planning—
Where appropriate, staff shall request that the inmate provide a specific release plan;
Staff shall identify available release resources (including CCC) and any particular problem that may be present in release planning.
