§771.108. Director of Industry Operations' decision.
27 C.F.R. § 771.108
When the Director of Industry Operations issues an initial decision in accordance with § 771.77 or § 771.107 the decision shall become a part of the record. The decision shall consist of:
A brief statement of the issues involved in the proceedings;
The Director of Industry Operations' findings and conclusions, as well as the reasons therefor; and
The Director of Industry Operations' determination on the record.
