§25.79. Change in bond status.
27 C.F.R. § 25.79
A brewer must file an amended Brewer's Notice, Form 5130.10, if the brewer's bond status changes because either:
A brewer has not furnished any bond and has become required to furnish a bond as provided under § 25.95(b); or
A brewer has furnished a bond, has become exempt from bond requirements under § 25.91(e), and chooses to terminate all bond coverage as provided under § 25.106.
