Formula. To every 100 gallons of alcohol add:
Authorized uses.
As a solvent—
Miscellaneous uses.
Conditions governing use. This formula shall be used only in the manufacture of products which will be packaged in pressurized containers in which the liquid contents are in intimate contact with the propellant and from which the contents are not easily removable in liquid form.
