§20.253. Labels for samples.
27 C.F.R. § 20.253
When a sample of specially denatured spirits is withdrawn from a dealer's premises, that dealer shall attach a label to the sample which shows the following information:
The word “Sample”;
The dealer's name, address, and permit number;
The words “Specially Denatured Alcohol” or “Specially Denatured Rum”;
The quantity; and
The formula number.
