§900.72. Who is the guardian of the fund and may the funds be invested?
25 C.F.R. § 900.72
The Indian tribe or tribal organization is the guardian of the fund.
Funds may be invested in accordance with the laws, regulations and policies of the Indian tribe or tribal organization subject to the terms of the lease or the self-determination contract.
