§900.40. When are Indian tribe or tribal organization management standards and management systems evaluated?

Management standards are evaluated by the Secretary when the Indian tribe or tribal organization submits an initial contract proposal.

Management systems are evaluated by an independent auditor through the annual single agency audit report that is required by the Act and OMB Circular A-128.
