§700.181. Eligibility.

Basic eligibility requirements. A certified eligible head of household who established his/her residency requirements in the area partitioned to the tribe of which he/she is not a member, is eligible for the replacement housing payment specified at § 700.183(a).

Other rules and requirements. A payment under this subpart E is subject to the other applicable rules and requirements of these regulations.
