§514.6. What are the quarterly statements that must be submitted with the fee payments? — Inbound Citations

(a) The annual fee payable to the Commission optionally may be paid in full in the first quarterly payment.

(1) For statements and/or fee payments one (1) to thirty (30) calendar days late, the Chair may propose a late fee of up to, but not more than 10% of the fee amount for that quarter;
