§502.25. Gaming Enterprise.
25 C.F.R. § 502.25
Gaming Enterprise means the entities through which Tribe conducts, regulates, and secures gaming on Indian lands within such tribe's jurisdiction pursuant to the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act.
