§48.202. May employees fundraise?
25 C.F.R. § 48.202
Employees may fundraise for school purposes as part of their official duties using their official title, position and authority, so long as:
The Director or the Director's designee or the Head of the School approves the fundraising in advance and certifies that it complies with this subpart; and
The employees ensure the fundraising conforms to the requirements of this subpart.
Nothing in this part allows participation in political or other activities prohibited by law.
