§41.43. How must the Tribal college or university administer its grant?

25 C.F.R. § 41.43

In administering any grant provided under this subpart, a Tribal college or university must:
(a)
Provide services or assistance under this subpart in a fair and uniform manner;
(b)
Not deny admission to any Indian student because they either are, or are not, a member of a specific Indian Tribe; and
(c)
Comply with part 276 of this chapter, unless the BIE expressly waives specific inappropriate provisions of part 276 in response to a Tribal college or university request and justification for a waiver.
