§41.17. What is the role of the Secretary of Education?
25 C.F.R. § 41.17
The Secretary may enter into an agreement with the Secretary of Education to obtain assistance to:
Develop plans, procedures, and criteria for eligibility studies required under this subpart; and
Conduct such studies.
BIE must consult with the Secretary of Education to determine the reasonable number of students required to support a Tribal college or university.
