§39.143. What is a small high school?
25 C.F.R. § 39.143
For purposes of this part, a small high school:
Is accredited under 25 U.S.C. 2001(b);
Is staffed with highly qualified teachers;
Operates any combination of grades 9 through 12;
Offers high school diplomas; and
Has an ADM of fewer than 100 students.
