§36.95. What sanitary standards must homeliving programs meet?
25 C.F.R. § 36.95
Each homeliving program must meet all of the following standards:
Restrooms, showers, and common areas must be cleaned daily;
Rooms must be cleaned daily;
Linens must be changed and cleaned weekly;
Linens are to be provided;
Basic Toiletries must be provided; and
Functional washing machines and dryers must be provided.
