§293.10. How long will the Secretary take to review a compact or amendment?

25 C.F.R. § 293.10

(a)

The Secretary must approve or disapprove a compact or amendment within 45 calendar days after receiving the compact or amendment.

(b)

The Secretary will notify the Tribe and the State in writing of the decision to approve or disapprove a compact or amendment.
