§273.206. May a contract be appealed?
25 C.F.R. § 273.206
A contractor may appeal:
An adverse decision or action of the Bureau regarding a contract; or
A decision to cancel a contract for cause.
The Secretary encourages contractors to seek all means of dispute resolution before a formal appeal.
