§247.19. Can a site be used for commercial enterprises other than fishing enterprises by the tribes?

You may operate commercial activities during commercial fishing seasons, and subsistence activities, incidental to treaty fishing on the site.

You may not construct or operate other types of commercial enterprises, such as firework stands.
