§2.806. What must my Objection to the Statement of Performance contain?

25 C.F.R. § 2.806

Your Objection to the Statement of Performance must be in writing and contain all of the following:

(a)

Your name, address, and telephone number;

(b)

The statement date of the specific Statement of Performance that you are challenging;

(c)

A copy of the Statement of Performance being challenged; and

(d)

The Basis of Objection.
