§183.15. Must the Tribe submit any reports?

25 C.F.R. § 183.15

Yes. The Tribe must submit the following reports after receiving funds under this part:

(a)

An Annual Report, that must be submitted no later than December 31 of each year; and

(b)

A Financial Audit, that must be submitted no later than March 1 of each year.
