§171.555. What additional costs will I incur if I am granted a Payment Plan?
25 C.F.R. § 171.555
You will incur the following costs:
An administrative fee to process your Payment Plan, as required by 31 CFR 901.9.
Interest, accrued on your unpaid balance, in accordance with § 171.545.
