§171.310. Can I use water delivered by BIA for livestock purposes?
25 C.F.R. § 171.310
Yes, if we determine it will not:
Interfere with the operation, maintenance, or rehabilitation of our facilities;
Be detrimental to or jeopardize our facilities;
Adversely affect the water rights or water supply; or
Cause additional costs to us that we do not agree to in writing.
