§171.220. What must I do to my farm unit to receive irrigation service?
25 C.F.R. § 171.220
You must meet the following requirements for us to provide service:
Put water we deliver to authorized uses;
Make sure your farm ditch has sufficient capacity to carry the water we deliver; and
Properly operate, maintain, and rehabilitate your farm ditch.
