§170.460. What must a project package include?
25 C.F.R. § 170.460
The project package must include the following documentation, approved by the appropriate Public Authority, before the start of construction:
Plans, specifications, and estimates;
A Tribal resolution or other authorized document supporting the project;
Certification of compliance with the requirements of 25 CFR part 169, as well as any additional public taking documentation clearances, if applicable.
Required environmental, archeological, and cultural clearances; and
Identification of design exceptions if used in the plans.
