§170.440. How can the public learn the results of a public hearing?
25 C.F.R. § 170.440
Within 20 working days after the public hearing, the presiding official will issue and post at the hearing site a statement that:
Summarizes the results of the hearing;
Explains any needed further action;
Explains how the public may request a copy; and
Outlines appeal procedures.
