§170.420. What is the Tribal priority list?

25 C.F.R. § 170.420

The Tribal priority list is a list of all transportation projects that the Tribe wants funded. The list:

(a)

Is not financially constrained; and

(b)

Is provided to BIA or FHWA by official Tribal action, unless the Tribal government submits a TTIP.
