§170.4. How does this part affect existing Tribal rights?
25 C.F.R. § 170.4
This part does not:
Affect Tribes' sovereign immunity from suit;
Terminate or reduce the trust responsibility of the United States to Tribes or individual Indians;
Require a Tribe to assume a program relating to the TTP; or
Impede awards by other agencies of the United States or a State to Tribes to administer programs under any other law.
